This review is from: Friedrich Uni-Fit Series : US12B10B 11,500 BTU Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner (Kitchen) I purchased an AC from Amazon and they used Alergy Begone to fullfill the order. Bad service bad comapny to deal with. Delivered a broken Item and took weeks before it was picked up and not even replaced I ended up buying at PC Richards which delivered the very next day. Until this time I am still disputing the money that was taken from my Credit card, but the unit was already back to the company.
