This review is from: Frigidaire FRA14EHT2 14,000 BTU Cool/10,600 BTU Heat Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner with Heat (Kitchen) The product is installed and seems to work fine. I am pleased with its performance so far. BUT, while the online listing shows a weight of 97 lbs. (boxed, I assume) and the manufacturer's packaging shows a product weight of 88 lbs., the materials used have apparently changed. I was so shocked at how light the package was when it arrived that I challenged the vendor and ended up having witnesses present when I unpacked it (just in case). I have not thrown it on a scale but it seems to actually weigh about 50 lbs. As long as it works well, I don't care but be prepared for the surprise. The vendor reports that they have received additional comments on this issue from other customers.
